Principle
We collect only the data needed to answer your enquiry and to run the website securely. Processing takes place in European data centres. We use no tracking and no analytics cookies.
Server logs & hosting
When you open the website, our hosting/delivery provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for secure operation and error analysis, then deleted or anonymised.
Contact form & email
Via the contact form we process your details (salutation, name, business email, message) plus a timestamp and technical helper data for abuse prevention. The sole purpose is handling your enquiry.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data only as long as needed to handle the request and do not pass it to third parties — apart from the processors named below.
No analytics cookies, no tracking
This website uses only technically necessary storage (for example, to limit repeated form submissions within a short time). There are no analytics, marketing or tracking services and no embedded third-party content that would require a consent banner.
Fonts are self-hosted — no data is transferred to external font providers.
Recipients & processors
For hosting/delivery and email delivery we use carefully selected providers acting as processors (Art. 28 GDPR) on the basis of a data processing agreement: technical hosting and delivery providers to run the website, and email/SMTP providers for contact enquiries. Data is shared only where necessary to operate the website or legally permitted.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and to withdraw a given consent with effect for the future. A message to info@liva.dev is enough.
Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna (dsb.gv.at); in Germany, the state data protection authority responsible for your place of residence.
